The first and foremast part of losing weight is adequate exercise and calorie & fat restrictions. A daily regularly workout with a well balanced diet without intake of much calorie and lipid containing foodstuffs will definitely show weight loss changes within few weeks. Don’t expect the weight to decrease within days. You have build a heavy body or became obese after eating high since months or years, then how can you expect to lose all those weight within days !!

So a well managed program or schedule is necessary to lose weight step by step. If you are not able to lose weight even after the above steps, then you can take advise of your dietitian or doctor and he may prescribe you some weight loss drugs like thermoburn with ephedrine containing alkaloid.
