Alcohol
Drinking one or two drinks a day is considered healthy but drinking more than two a day increases the risk of certain cancers and strokes. And drinking more than four a day can affect major organs, brain cells and vision.
Caffeine
Consuming more than 400 mg per day produces higher levels of stress hormone, lower concentration and energy levels.
Nicotine
While you smoke you inhale poison such as arsenic and cyanide which when taken even in minute doses, are harmful. You also breathe in carbon monoxide which starves the body of oxygen. During smoking your body produces a chemical called nitro amines that can cause cancer.
Saturated fats
Red meat is considered toxic because it’s hard for the body to digest and therefore causes toxin build-up in the colon. Saturated fats are found in full fat dairy product, margarine and butter, cakes, cream etc.
Sugar
It dramatically increases the number of free radical and the levels of the so called bad bacteria in the bowel, which can boost fermentation and increase the risk or more dangerous toxins being reabsorbed.
Stress
Stress, a very common influencer now a day is not something that we ingest, but when we are stressed, we produce a variety of chemicals in the body that puts our systems on alert. Blood pressure might increase, thereby, forcing the circulation to increase. This aids the circulation of dangerous toxins freely throughout the internal body system. And more dangerously, when stressed, a person tends to indulge in other toxins such as alcohol, cigarettes, sugar and other fatty foods.

Don’t jump out of your seats or you might just increase your blood pressure and get registered in the growing list of the whitecoat tensioners.
What exactly is a whitecoat hypertension ?
The whitecoat hypertension is referred to when your blood pressure reading are higher than normal at the doctor’s shop but the blood pressure is normal when measured back home. It also remains normal when the blood pressure is measured using a monitor worn during performing you routine activities. The pressure measured during the period when you are leading your normal life is known as ambulant pressure.
The whitecoat phenomenon is not entirely benign. However it holds true that the ambulatory pressure gives a better and fair idea of the outcome of controlling the blood pressure through medication.
The finding in one of the research based study has come out with some insights like that the white coat hypertension is a transitional condition which goes on to assume the proportions of a hypertension. It requires targeted and focused medication efforts like lowering the salt intake, regular exercises under expert supervision and to eat a lot of fiber rich fruits and vegetables.
